Robert A. Weinstock is a Clinical Associate Professor of Law and Director of the Environmental Advocacy Center at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. He joined the faculty in 2022, leading clinical instruction and advocacy initiatives focused on environmental justice, energy law, and complex civil litigation. He is affiliated with the Paula M. Trienens Institute for Sustainability and Energy.

He previously clerked for Judge Victor Marrero in the Southern District of New York and worked in litigation at Paul, Weiss and Barnes & Thornburg law firms.
