Professor Nancy S. Marder is a Full-Time Faculty member and Professor of Law at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. She is Director of the Justice John Paul Stevens Jury Center and Co-Director of the Institute for Law and the Humanities. Her research focuses on jury systems, legal decision-making, and comparative jurisprudence. Marder holds a B.A. from Yale University, M.Phil. from Cambridge University, and J.D. from Yale Law School.
