Rob Lindquist

Rob Lindquist is a Lecturer at the UC Irvine School of Law with over four decades of legal experience. He has held roles as Chief Compliance Officer for multinational corporations, General Counsel of a $16B technology unit, and a partner specializing in antitrust litigation. His career includes representing a death-row inmate in habeas corpus proceedings and serving as a prosecutor with the City of Los Angeles. Lindquist is a 1977 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law.

Research and Expertise: Lindquist's expertise spans antitrust litigation, corporate compliance, international anti-corruption, and constitutional law. His professional leadership roles include Chair of the Antitrust Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Vice Chair of the State Bar of California Antitrust Section, and President of the Southern California Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. He also guest lectures annually at the Law School of the University of Paris.
