Richard Laferriere

Dr. Richard Laferriere is a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at Swinburne University of Technology's School of Business, Law and Entrepreneurship. He holds expertise in leadership behaviors fostering innovation, cross-cultural entrepreneurship, and organizational change. Originally from Canada, he has over a decade of experience in economic development, focusing on community and provincial initiatives, business cluster development, and investment attraction. His entrepreneurial ventures include a concert promotion agency and a community radio station.
