Richard Janda is an Associate Professor at McGill University's Faculty of Law and an Associate Member of the Bieler School of Environment. His research focuses on administrative process, environmental law, economic regulation, business associations, and air transport regulation. He leads the Myko project, aiming to real-time track environmental footprints of individual choices. Previously, he directed the Centre for the Study of Regulated Industries (1994–1999) and served as a judicial clerk to Supreme Court Justices Le Dain and Cory.
