Charles-Maxime Panaccio is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, Civil Law Section of the University of Ottawa. He clerked for Justice Charles D. Gonthier at the Supreme Court of Canada and holds advanced legal degrees from the University of Toronto, Oxford, and McGill University.

Publication Trends: Recent works focus on technology's impact on legal evidence, proportionality in constitutional law, and ethical frameworks for lawyers. His scholarship often integrates Aristotelian philosophy into modern legal reasoning.
Teaching: Currently teaches Civil Evidence Law, Legal Philosophy, and Legal Ethics at the University of Ottawa.
