Rev Dr Richard J Ounsworth OP is an Official Fellow and Lecturer at Blackfriars Hall, University of Oxford. He teaches scripture and New Testament Greek, with a focus on theological interpretation and biblical studies.

- Doctorate on the Letter to the Hebrews
His research centers on Christian theology, New Testament studies, and the role of Hebrews in scriptural analysis. He combines academic rigor with theological reflection, particularly in areas like typology, eschatology, and intertextuality.
Ounsworth’s publications include When the Son of Man Didn’t Come (2016) and Joshua Typology in the New Testament (2012), which explore theological frameworks and connections between Old and New Testament texts.
