Richard Dale Ellis

Dale Ellis serves as Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership in the Department of Education, College of Education and Social Sciences at Coastal Carolina University, teaching in Master's and Doctoral programs. Previously, he was Superintendent of Montgomery County Schools (Troy, NC) for 14+ years until retiring on January 1, 2025. He also held administrative roles at Iredell-Statesville Schools and taught Social Studies in multiple districts.
