Ardella J Dailey

Ardella J Dailey is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership at California State University East Bay. She holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the Joint Doctoral Program at UC Berkeley and multiple California State Universities. With over 25 years of K-12 public school experience, she served as teacher, principal, and superintendent, retiring as Superintendent of Alameda Unified School District (AUSD) in 2009. She currently serves on the AUSD Board of Education since 2016. Her work focuses on educational leadership practices, co-founding the Lifescaping Project with Rolla E. Lewis and others to develop humanizing educational frameworks.
