Richard Ausness is the Stites & Harbison Professor of Law at the Rosenberg College of Law, University of Kentucky. He has been a faculty member since 1973, serving as Associate Dean of Research from 2015-2018. He holds a B.A. in English (University of Florida, 1966), J.D. (University of Florida, 1968), and LL.M. (Yale Law School, 1973). His expertise spans property law, trusts & estates, products liability, environmental law, and water law.
