Rachel Constantino-Wallace is an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University School of Law, where she teaches Legal Writing. She is a partner at Ballard Spahr, specializing in high-stakes product liability litigation for aviation, consumer product, and wine industries, with nationwide experience in state and federal courts.
- Education: J.D., summa cum laude, from Willamette University College of Law (2013); B.A. in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology from Whitman College (2010).
Rachel focuses on product liability defense, including complex litigation for aviation accidents, autonomous vehicle systems, and online marketplaces. Her expertise extends to regulatory compliance, liability risk mitigation, and appellate strategies.
