Benjamin L. Cavataro is an Assistant Professor of Law at Wayne State University Law School. Specializing in torts, consumer law, and administrative law, his research focuses on products liability, safety law enforcement by federal agencies (e.g., CPSC, NHTSA), and corporate safety compliance. He previously served as Visiting Assistant Professor at Villanova University School of Law and practiced law at Covington & Burling LLP in Washington, D.C., where he held the title of Special Counsel.
