Rhonda Minten

Rhonda Minten is an Assistant Professor in the Department of History at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), affiliated with the College of Liberal and Fine Arts. She has taught courses such as Texas History, World Civilizations, and American History since Spring 2011.

• Education: Master of Arts in History (2010) and Bachelor of Arts in History (2006) from UTSA.

Her research focuses on U.S. History and Texas History, with an emphasis on primary sources and regional narratives. In 2015, she co-edited a supplemental text on Texas during the Civil War era.
