Rhonda Jennings-Arey is an Instructional Designer in the Department of Psychology at Gallaudet University. With over 20 years of teaching experience across K-12 and higher education, she has held roles including Assistant Professor at the University of Louisville and University of Virginia. She specializes in Deaf education, bilingual instruction, and ASL proficiency. Jennings-Arey has contributed to institutional accreditation efforts and professional development for educators. Certified as an ASLTA Master and RID Certified Deaf Interpreter, she actively participates in Deaf community organizations.
