Reshma H. Shah

Reshma H. Shah serves as a Teaching Professor of Marketing at Goizueta Business School, joining the faculty in 1997 after earning her PhD from the University of Pittsburgh. Her extensive industry background includes corporate roles at IBM, Price Waterhouse, Unilever, and Leo Burnett Advertising.

Her academic credentials include a PhD in Marketing from Katz Graduate School of Business (University of Pittsburgh), an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Southern California, and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.

Professor Shah's research centers on relationship marketing dynamics, strategic alliance formation, and integrated marketing communications. Her work examines how contextual factors influence buyer-seller relationships, partner selection criteria in alliances, and category management effectiveness in retail supply chains.
