Renée-Claude Drouin is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Law of the Université de Montréal. She holds a D.Phil. in Philosophy from Cambridge University (2006), an LL.M. (2001), and an LL.B. (1995) from Université Laval. Her research focuses on labour law, international labour law, corporate social responsibility, and globalization. She is affiliated with the CRIMT (research center on globalization and work) and CDACI (international business law center).
Her research explores transnational corporations' legal accountability, labour rights in global supply chains, and comparative legal frameworks. She leads and collaborates on major projects such as the Institutional Experimentation for Better Work (2017–2026) and CRIMT Strategic Research Group (2024–2031), funded by the FQRSC and SSHRC.

Prof. Drouin co-directs the Canadian Labour & Employment Law Journal and participates in international networks addressing global labour governance challenges.
