Dr. Reginald S. Archer serves as Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences at Tennessee State University's College of Agriculture, specializing in geospatial technologies for environmental and disaster management applications since joining the faculty in 2015.
His educational background includes a Ph.D. in Geography from University of California Santa Barbara, M.S. in Civil & Coastal Engineering from University of Florida, and B.S. in Surveying and Mapping from University of Florida.
