Regan H Marsh

Regan H Marsh, M.D., M.P.H., is affiliated with Harvard Medical School and serves as Director of Clinical Systems for Partners In Health's global programs, spanning 10 countries. Her work focuses on emergency medicine development, health systems strengthening, and addressing healthcare inequities in resource-limited settings. Dr. Marsh has extensive experience in global health crises, including leading emergency medicine initiatives in Malawi, Haiti, and Sierra Leone. She spearheaded the establishment of Haiti’s first Emergency Medicine residency program and managed PIH’s Ebola response in Sierra Leone. Her research emphasizes operational healthcare capacity-building, emergency care protocols, and addressing systemic inequities in access to care.
