Reena Kelly

Reena Kelly, Ph.D., MHA, is an Assistant Professor of Healthcare Administration at the University of New Haven's School of Health Sciences, specializing in strategic management and organizational behavior within healthcare organizations. She is affiliated with the Department of Population Health and Leadership.

• Ph.D. in Administration (Health Services) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India

Her research focuses on strategic management and organizational behavior in healthcare, examining leadership styles, burnout in behavioral health settings, and implementation of evidence-based practices. She also explores healthcare quality improvement, behavioral health care systems, and organizational readiness for change.

These interests are reflected in her peer-reviewed publications, which address shared decision-making implementation, traumatic spinal cord injury outcomes, hospital-acquired infections, medication-related readmissions, and postacute care economics.
