Rebecca Simon Green is a Lecturer at the University of California, Irvine School of Law, specializing in academic success through well-being and performance innovations. Formerly, she was a full-time Associate Professor of Law at Southwestern Law School (2014–2018) and co-created a nationally acclaimed Mindfulness, Stress Management, and Peak Performance Program at USC Gould School of Law (2018–2021).

Her research focuses on integrating mindfulness and well-being practices into legal education and the legal industry. She pioneered the 'Mindfulness Mondays' program at Southwestern Law School and has over a decade of experience in executive coaching, contemplative practices, and Social-Emotional-Learning Education.
Rebecca has been recognized for her expertise through speaking engagements, including keynote addresses at wellness symposia and panels on legal well-being. Her work was commended by the National Task Force on Lawyer Well-Being Report (2016). She also co-leads annual executive wellness retreats in Rishikesh, India, and has consulted for the legal industry since 2018.
