Dr Rebecca Reynolds is an Adjunct Lecturer and Researcher at the School of Population Health, Faculty of Medicine, UNSW Sydney. She is a registered nutritionist with the Nutrition Society of Australia and a provisional meditation teacher with the Meditation Association of Australia. Her research focuses on body image, disordered eating, psychology, nutrition, and physical activity within public health and preventive medicine contexts.

Rebecca’s recent publications highlight interdisciplinary work bridging nutrition with psychology, mental health, and technology. Her studies explore orthorexia nervosa, self-compassion in dietary interventions, and physical activity monitoring tools. She also contributes to public health policy through research on chronic disease management and community-based obesity prevention.

Rebecca is a co-author of the self-help book Beyond the Body Bully and a featured panellist at the Sydney Writers' Festival 2025.
