Rebecca McCumbers Flavin is a Senior Lecturer of Political Science at Baylor University's College of Arts and Sciences. She joined Baylor in 2010 after completing her Ph.D. and M.A. at the University of Notre Dame and a B.A. from Wheeling Jesuit University. Her research focuses on constitutional law, political philosophy, and the intersection of religion and politics, particularly in the U.S. context. She teaches courses such as American Constitutional Law, Political Philosophy, and Religion and the Body Politic.
