Rebecca DICKASON

Rebecca DICKASON is a Lecturer at the University of Rennes, specifically at the IGR-IAE (Rennes Institute of Management - Business School), where she specializes in Human Resources Management with a focus on emotional labor, workplace health, and organizational behavior. She serves as Educational Manager for the Master 1 Human Resources Management Initial training program and co-leads the Master in International Human Resources Project Management (IHRM). She explores innovative approaches to emotional intelligence training, the spatial dimensions of emotional work, and the connections between emotional labor, trauma, and resilience. Her research frequently employs interdisciplinary methods, combining organizational theory with healthcare practice to develop practical applications for improving workplace health and emotional management.
