Raymond Trau is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management at Macquarie University, with affiliations to the Centre for Workforce Futures and the Innovation, Strategy and Entrepreneurship Research Centre. His research focuses on diversity and inclusion, particularly the workplace experiences of women, minorities, and stigmatised groups. He holds editorial roles at journals like Journal of Vocational Behavior and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
Education: PhD in Human Resource Management & Organisational Behaviour from Monash University (2008). His research has been published in journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology and Human Resource Management, and has been featured in media outlets like the Financial Times and Harvard Business Review.
Key research areas include discrimination, LGBTQ+ workplace issues, and career development. He has collaborated with organizations like the Diversity Council of Australia and Deloitte. Awards include the 2018 Media Stars Top Performer Award and Research Excellence Award.
