Jun Gu is an Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour in the Department of Management at Macquarie Business School, Macquarie University. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto and an M.A. from Peking University. Previously, he held academic positions at Monash Business School and Sauder School of Business, and has held visiting roles at top universities including the University of Melbourne and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His research focuses on ethical decision-making, leadership, and negotiation, published in top journals like Journal of Organizational Behavior and Journal of Business Ethics. He has secured AUD$487,000 in grants from institutions such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China. His teaching includes MBA courses on Organisational Behaviour, Leadership, and Negotiation. Key projects include 'Resilience and Mental Health in Mining' and 'Early Childhood Education and Care Pay & Conditions Research.'
