Gillian Ku is a Professor of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School, where she chairs the Organisational Behaviour Faculty. She holds a BA from Harvard University and a PhD in Management and Organizations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Prior to her academic career, she worked as a financial analyst for Disney’s international video distribution division.
