Ciaran McFadden

Dr. Ciaran McFadden is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management, Work and Organisation at the University of Stirling. His research focuses on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in workplaces, particularly regarding LGBTQ+ communities, with emphasis on transgender experiences, implicit bias training, and organizational socialisation. McFadden explores critical human resource development approaches to combat discrimination and create inclusive spaces.
