Raphael Oseghale

Dr. Raphael Oseghale is an Associate Professor of Enterprise and Entrepreneurship at the Hertfordshire Business School, University of Hertfordshire. Previously, he served as a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at Coventry University and Swansea University, UK. Born in Nigeria, he holds a Bachelor's degree from Nigeria, an MSc in Management (Swansea University, 2010-2011), a PhD in Talent Management (Swansea University, 2013-2016), and a PG Cert in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (Awarded July 2020).
