Dr Dotun Ayeni is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at Edinburgh Napier University's Business School (since October 2024). She holds a PhD from the University of Edinburgh, alongside advanced degrees in International HRM, Managerial Psychology, and European Studies. Her research focuses on idiosyncratic deals (I-deals), talent management in African firms, and the intersection of digital technology with HR practices.
