Ambrose Egwuonwu is a Lecturer in Accounting & Finance at Brunel Business School, Brunel University London. His academic journey includes a PhD in Economics, an MSc in Finance and Investment from the University of Hertfordshire, and a BA (Hons) in Economics. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a candidate member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Prior to joining Brunel, he worked in secondary school education and assessment at AQA Education in Guildford, UK.

His work explores how ideological diversity impacts stock returns, the role of psychic distance in inter-organizational relationships, and the implications of digital transformation on employee wellbeing in Nigerian industries. He also investigates the integration of blockchain and IoT in global value chains.
