Randy Willingham is an Adjunct Faculty member in the College of Bible at Lipscomb University and serves as Director of the Hazelip School of Theology's Competency-Based Theological Education. He holds doctoral and other degrees from Oklahoma State University, Harding University, Harding School of Theology, and Abilene Christian University.

His research focuses on leadership and conflict dynamics within theological education and church contexts. His 1994 doctoral thesis pioneered work on conflict management in congregational settings. His field work as a certified Leadership Circle coach informs his 360-degree leadership model integrating biblical/theological studies.
He previously taught leadership and conflict-focused Bible courses at Harding University and served as a preaching minister in churches across Tennessee, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.
