Earl Lavender is a Professor at Lipscomb University, holding roles in the College of Bible and Ministry and the Hazelip School of Theology. Since 1991, he has taught at Lipscomb and served as Director of Missional Studies (since 1999) and Executive Director of the Center for Vocational Discovery.
