Dr. Raman Tratsiuk is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Artistic Education and Curating, University of Arts in Poznań (since 2018). As a co-founder of the artistic group Bergamot (since 1998), he has explored themes of performativity, artist-viewer dynamics, and the intersection of art with daily life through ready-made objects and multimedia installations.
- Graduate of Painting (2004) and Intermedia (2007) at the University of Arts in Poznań
- Doctorate in Visual Arts (2012) from the Faculty of Multimedia Communications, University of Arts in Poznań
His research focuses on self-presentation in media/internet, curatorial practices, and experimental art forms. He has curated exhibitions and festivals of contemporary art, designed museum exhibitions, and created visual identities for artistic events in Poland and abroad. Notably, he received the Visible Museum award (2014) for his work on the exhibition The Rite of Spring 1913.
Currently, he is working on the project Electrical Objects, continuing his interdisciplinary approach to art and design.
