Rakesh Pandey is a doctoral candidate in the Research, Analysis, and Design stream at the RAND School of Public Policy and an assistant policy researcher at RAND. His academic rank is categorized as Researcher.

Rakesh's research focuses on behavioral economics, empirical development economics, and the political economy of development. His recent work includes studies on teacher well-being, financial inclusion, and global health assistance projects.
