Rachel Woods is a Clinical Associate Professor at the Hankamer School of Business, Baylor University, teaching core and upper-level management courses (MGT 3305, MGT 4305, MGT 4320, MGT 4321). She maintains an active leadership development consulting practice through her founded organization, Leadership Trek Corporation (LTrek, established in 2005).

Her research and practice focus on organizational behavior, principled leadership, and negotiation/conflict management. She employs experiential learning, technology integration, and practical application in teaching.

Internationally engaged, Woods has trained women in over 25 countries for the Women’s Democracy Network (WDN), co-designing its Women’s Leadership Schools. Recent projects include strategic planning sessions for WDN Africa across six nations.
