Rachel Morgan-Guthrie

Dr Rachel Morgan-Guthrie is Associate Dean for Students & Education at the University of Wolverhampton within the Faculty of Education, Health & Wellbeing. As a Senior Lecturer, she leads strategic initiatives to enhance teaching standards, conducts rigorous staff and student evaluations, and fosters relationships between students, staff, and partner institutions.

Her work includes training sessions on creative primary science education and partnerships with institutions in Sweden, India, Gambia, and China.

Recent publications highlight trends in educational leadership, globalization of teacher training, and research-informed pedagogy. She advocates for systemic change in education through school collaboration and international exchange programs.
