Rachel Fossey is a Senior Lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University within the School of Education, Faculty of Arts, Humanities, Education and Social Sciences, based in Chelmsford. She serves as Course Leader for the BEd Primary Education with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) program since September 2023, bringing over two decades of diverse educational experience including roles as Assistant Headteacher and Educational Consultant.

- PGCE in Secondary English and Drama from Exeter University
