Rachel Cohen

Rachel Cohen is an Associate Professor at the University of Connecticut, affiliated with the Department of Human Development and Family Sciences. Her work bridges policy, practice, and research in early childhood development, focusing on biological, relational, and environmental factors that shape child outcomes.
