Rachel Chazan Cohen is an Associate Professor at the University of Connecticut, specializing in early childhood development and program evaluation. She co-leads the Applied Research on Children (ARC) Lab, focusing on infant/toddler development, home visiting programs, and workforce competency building. Her work bridges research, policy, and practice to improve outcomes for vulnerable families.
