Dr. Rachel Aleks is an Associate Professor and Undergraduate Program Director in Labour Studies at the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor. She holds a PhD in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto (2014), an MIRHR (2010) from the same institution, and a B.Comm in International Management from McGill University (2007). Her research focuses on innovative union organizing strategies, gender dynamics within unions, and workplace sexual harassment. She teaches courses on labour relations, workplace conflict, and employment law. Prior to academia, she worked as an organizer for the Service Employees International Union.
