Rachael Lewis

Rachael Lewis is a Senior Lecturer at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Business School, where she specializes in management accounting and control systems. With a PhD from the University of Technology Sydney completed in 2016, she brings both academic rigor and practical industry experience to her research and teaching.

Rachael's research focuses on the role of management accounting and control systems in shaping managerial cognition, with particular interest in mental models and local expertise.
