Priyan Khakhar is an Assistant Professor and Head of International Business (IB) at Northeastern University London, with an affiliate faculty role at the D’Amore-McKim School of Business in Boston. He holds a PhD, MSc (from UMIST, now part of the University of Manchester), and a BA(Hons). His teaching spans International Business, Marketing, Management, Advertising, and Research Methodology. His research focuses on global strategy, cross-cultural management, and organizational behavior, with publications in journals like International Business Review and Journal of Transnational Management. He has presented at conferences in the USA, Singapore, Malaysia, and the UK.
Dr. Khakhar led a student team in a US State Department-funded Meta Inc. project, achieving a top-three global finish in combating online religious hate speech and racism. Previously, he taught at the Alliance Manchester Business School (University of Manchester) and the American University of Beirut, while also working on international projects at ESCP in Europe. He is a member of the Academy of International Business.
