Timothy Hoff is a Professor of Management, Healthcare Systems, and Health Policy at Northeastern University, holding dual affiliations with the D’Amore-McKim School of Business and the School of Public Policy and Urban Affairs. He is also a Visiting Associate Fellow at the University of Oxford’s Green-Templeton College and an Associate Scholar at Oxford’s Said Business School. His research focuses on healthcare innovation, clinician behavior, and qualitative methods, with over 70 refereed articles and four books. He serves as Associate Editor for Academy of Management Discoveries and Quality Management in Health Care.
Education: PhD in Public Administration and Policy (University at Albany, SUNY), BS in Business Administration (University at Albany, SUNY).
Research Interests: Healthcare implementation, physician behavior, healthcare quality, primary care transformation, and organizational aspects of healthcare systems. His work emphasizes cutting-edge trends like telehealth and physician burnout.
