Professor Kasim Randeree serves as Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs at Northeastern University London, holding dual roles as Professor of Higher Education & Leadership and Business Management, and Affiliate Professor at the D’Amore-McKim School of Business. With over three decades of experience in academia, he has held senior leadership positions across institutions in the UK, UAE, and Asia.
His research focuses on Islamic economies, socio-economic dynamics of Muslim societies, and labor market policies in the Arabian Gulf. He has earned awards such as the 'Outstanding Paper of the Year' from the Emerald Literati Network (2013). He secured research grants from Harvard Kennedy School, Qatar Foundation, and Oxford University, producing over 100 peer-reviewed works since 1994. His editorial roles include the International Journal of Islamic and Middle Eastern Finance and Management.
Professional credentials include Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, AdvancedHE Strategic Leadership certification, and Chartered Association of Business Schools accreditation. He advises on faculty affairs and manages Northeastern’s global academic network, spanning 13 campuses across three continents.
