Priya Urs is a Junior Research Fellow in Law at St John's College, University of Oxford, with affiliations to the Oxford Institute for Ethics, Law and Armed Conflict and the Max Planck Foundation. She holds a PhD (UCL), LLM (Cambridge) and integrated BA/Law (National Law School of India University).
