Praveen Gupta is a Lecturer in Finance at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. With a 20-year career in investment banking, he previously held roles such as Managing Director and Head of Corporate Sales at HSBC Dubai, leading a global team of 45 sales professionals. He transitioned to academia after earning a PhD in Financial Risk Management from Queen Mary University of London. He has taught at the University of Roehampton, Queen Mary University of London, and the University of Greenwich.
