Pirita See is a Senior Lecturer at South Dakota State University (SDSU), affiliated with the School of Psychology, Sociology and Rural Studies. She holds a B.A. from Purdue University and both M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from Miami University. Her academic roles include teaching courses in research methods, statistics in psychology, social psychology, stereotyping/prejudice, health psychology, and advising the Psychology Club and Psi Chi honor society.
Her research focuses on intergroup perception, social cognition, and biases in person perception, including face processing, dehumanization, and prosocial intentions.
