Pierre Salati

Pierre Salati is a Professor and permanent researcher at CNRS, affiliated with Université Savoie Mont Blanc and based at the Laboratoire d'Annecy-le-Vieux de Physique Théorique (LAPTh). He leads the Astroparticles and Cosmology research group within the Department of Physics, focusing on theoretical investigations of dark matter phenomena and cosmic ray physics.

His research centers on the astronomical dark matter problem with particular emphasis on indirect detection methods through antimatter signatures in the Milky Way. Key research areas include:
