Phyllis Cooper

Phyllis G. Cooper, DNP, RN, PHN, CNS, is a Full-Time Lecturer in the School of Nursing at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), serving since 2008. Her roles include teaching undergraduate courses in Community/Public Health, Leadership Management, and ADN to BSN Transition Programs. She oversees clinical agency contracts and collaborates with the Pathways Collaborative Care Navigation Program (funded by Archstone Foundation until 2021). Additionally, she leads Cooper Consulting (est. 1972), specializing in nursing education, process evaluation, and organizational consulting.
