Philipp Frank is a Senior Research Fellow at University College London's Division of Psychiatry within the Faculty of Brain Sciences. His research focuses on the intersection of epidemiology, psychiatry, and omics research, particularly investigating immune system disturbances linked to depression, proteomic-based aging mechanisms, and mental health in older populations. He is currently funded by the Wellcome Trust Collaborative Award for work on plasma proteins, lifestyle factors, and dementia risk. Frank holds a PhD in Epidemiological Psychiatry from UCL and previously worked at the University of Helsinki and King's College London.
